At speed I'm surprised it didn't roll..... We've had some of those lately in our residential streets but they end up rolling, and the drivers have to be rescued

Just watched an SUV in the left turn lane decide not to turn left, so it just sat there waiting for the right lanes to clear so it could move over two lanes to turn right. Meanwhile, the cars behind him were honking because they couldn’t go, then the light turned red and they missed their turn.
