I don't recall hearing the term "hand pie" before... I assume it is an American term? I did end up Googling it to see what it really was, but... well, an apple pie has apples in it, and a cherry pie has cherries it it, so you see where my mind went initially!

I figure it's just a small meat pie you eat with your hands. A pasty. They were pretty popular in Australia when I lived there.

Trying to save my houseplants that seem to be deteriorating every day. I’m not sure if it’s from over watering or feeding or because I’ve wrapped up the pots with clingfilm to completely cover the soil and stop the influx of flies I was getting. It’s solved the fly problem but the leaves are wilting and turning yellow. First time I’ve had my own houseplants and it’s not going as planned.
