What are the Major Psycho films of the past decade or so?

I am thinking of films in which there is some deranged, supernatural, and otherwise monstrous villain--Jigsaw comes to mind.

the Cloverfield monster was pretty monstrous and unstoppable from the looks of it.

The main villain in "No Country For Old Men" is one of the most genuinely disturbed villains I've ever seen.
