No holodeck. Replicators are new technology. Constellation Class ships have 1 main shuttle bay, 2 workbee bays, and 4 multi-purpose bays isolated from the rest of the ship (separate power, independent computer core, separate life support) that can be reconfigured and repurposed as needed. Can be configured as medical isolation bays, prison cells, shuttle or docking bays, etc..

2 sets of warp nacelles can provide continuous duration of speed up to warp 8.9 by sharing the work load. Separate warp cores per nacelle pair.

Captain: Misa Nakahara, 32 - 34. Very mixed southeast Asian/Pacific Rim ancestry. She will quote and reference Pacific Rim authors and culture with the same ease Picard does Shakespeare. This is her first command.

1st Officer: Commander Kift. Caitian male. A little older than Nakahara. Son of the current Federation president. First child in several generations to choose a career other than politics.

Tactical/Security: Cmdr Bryan Riley. Human male. 32-34. Son of Kevin Riley from TOS. Academy classmate and good friend of Nakahara. Married to CMO. Focused on his job to the detriment of his marriage.

Operations: Cmdr Nova Baptiste. Human female. Late 50s. Creole/Caribbean. Mother figure to the crew. Operations is a new position and serves to combine aspects of science and communications from the previous generation of starships. Gets along well with Chief Engineer.

Chief Medical Officer: Lt. Commander Colleta Riley. 30-32. Best friend of Nakahara and married to tactical officer. Argelian. Touch-empath.

Chief Engineer: Lt. Cmdr Gishnerg Bragh. Tellerite male. Falls into the stereotype of preferring his engines and machines over social functions. Typically ursine. Gets along well with Ops officer.

Conn: Ensign Danieen. Deltan female, 22. Final year Academy student. Her oath of celibacy is on record. Young, eager, stars in her eyes. Conn is a new position and serves to combine the helm and nav positions of previous starships.
