Welcome to Starbase 51, Pegasus Sector

Am late but.. really awesome job, love all the different ship types, the base is just right, looks the part.:bolian:

I know its been said plenty here already but that is just freakin awesome! That's the type of thing I would have given, well a lot, to be able to play with when I was a kid, although as an adult I'd give a lot just to encase it in glass and admire it lol.

That little scout-ship poised on the starbase's hangar deck reminds me of the Red Dragon fighters employed by Dragos in JASON OF STAR COMMAND. Neat!

This starbase really looks like it could fit into TOS. Congratulations.

.

Just a few random bits of Evergreen styrene rod glued together until it looked like something. :)

The massive shuttlebay is to die for. That's what needs to be on a McQuarrieprize.

Good work on damping down the UFO models and making them work for station hulls.

hmm, and why didn't things like this appear in life action shows? Star Trek would have been so much cooler with this station.

With the ceiling peeled back :)

...hopefully in the Star trek universe Humans found out who were in those ufo's of the 19th to 21st Century :)

I love how Babylon 5 approached the issue. In an early episode, we witness a small court in session. A human states his complaint in a lawsuit. He claims one of his 20th century ancestors lost his job and social credibility because no one believed he was abducted by aliens. The defendent? An alien "Grey" sitting right there in the courtroom!

Sincerely,

Bill
