weight goals

I am trying to lose a 20 pound pouch in the front along with some lovely love handles on the side. I have no exercise equipment. If anybody can tell me simple exercise that will strengthin my core, that would help.
I am not that flexible. So streches would be a god send as well.
 
Muscles burn calories. The more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn. That's why strength training can be just as important as cardio when it comes to losing fat.
 
okay so I should now increase my muscles not stop building them.
I still need help with core strength building along with muscles.
 
I don't really need advice. I know everything to do. I'm actually a certified personal trainer myself. I'm just lazy.
 
Oh. got any advice for me. Exercises for stomach, lower back, etc.

I didn't really go over it in too much detail. Many Core exercise don't require any kind of equipment, though. A lot of them are variations of pushups and lunges and situps and stuff. I'd suggest going over the articles and seeing what you can adapt to work for you at home.
