Sadly, it appears to be USA only at the moment but since Gofobo jumped the gun (no official announcement). International theatre chains might be running it as well but that is pending.

The page is gone

East coast screenings will probably be 3 h before west coast screenings - I'm on the wrong coast! :D

I’m surprised Vegas and Denver didn’t make the cut but Phoenix, Seattle and DC did.

Trekcore writes: The Q&A will be held in-person at the Los Angeles screening
gofobo writes: The Q&A is pre-taped for the Los Angeles viewing

Shocking that Toronto didn't make the list, atleast not yet. Toronto is kinda "Trek-Ville" right now, so I'm sure it will be added.

It's an IMAX LIVE branded event and Toronto did get the IMAX LIVE for Creed III...so here's hoping Cineplex announces it soon.

It's Toronto tradition ;)
(not my poster, saw this online)

I live near SF but the only new episode would be the finale. When I first read the story I thought both episodes would premiere together but episode 9 is this week.

I still wish they would have done this as a special screening country wide. Maybe I will go just to see the finale early, even though I wish Paramount+ would actually release the finale wide early. They really don't do any special releases, which is a shame. It's kind of just going through the motions.

Got my tickets for the New York show early.

Does that mean we will be getting a proper aspect ratio for the last two episodes? On thing I really hate about new trek is that cinema aspect ratio, it should have been full 16x9 all the way!

It looks like you can sign on to it Wednesday in the US. I'm guessing it'll go fast. If that's the case they may add a few locations but it's only a week away, so not much time for it.

I know I can stay offline between 7pm Wednesday and after watching the episode around 4:30-5am local time Thursday.

Will I? That’s the question.

Proper aspect ratio is whatever the maker of the film/show wants. IF they are ok with altering it for an IMAX presentation, that’s fine, but no creator’s choice of AR should be changed without their agreement.

And if there is a change it won’t be 1.78:1 but either 1.9:1 (IMAX LITE) or 1.44:1 (full IMAX).
