Website Setup Help

Hola. I bought a flash template from Templatemonster.com yesterday and to be honest...it's waaaaaaaay over my head.

Is there anyone here who knows enough about Flash/CSS who could help me (for a nominal fee) set up my website and teach me how to keep it updated by the beginning of the year?

Presumably, you don't actually need to edit the Flash files they sent you. There's most likely some XML or somesuch you need to keep updated, right?
