Website for keeping track of the new season schedule?

I use TV.com and was just wondering if that's the best site to work out when new eps are airing...?

I only ask because of the shows I follow (Heroes, Supernatural, V), after V on the 24th there are no other shows listed.

Is this website behind or is there a big hiatus planned due to the upcoming Olympics?

You can filter the calendar to only show the shows you watch. It seems to be kept very up to date, although I'm not sure where it draws its info from.

At the start of every week I write out the week's programming into my planner from Zap2it.com which has tv scheduling you can customize for which channels you watch. I also check Wikipedia episode guides and epguides.com but those two are constantly contradictory with each other.

I find Futon Critic to be pretty good. Just scroll down a bit and there is there is a TV listing which can be filtered to show only new episodes. You can also move forward or even backward to see what's coming up and what you may have missed.
