Yep. It's actually doing quite well (except for all the freakin' rain that has flooded all the parks and boat ramps).
I went to Baylor and thought I'd fallen off the world. I moved away for five years and ended up coming back. Now it's home, which I never would have fathomed 14 years ago as a college freshman.

No kidding I also thought that reaction was OTT. Just because someone disagrees with what you say doesn't automatically make it a personal insult, people.

I think they are a good example of how evolving doesn't always equal improving.

i moved to Austin about 7 years ago.. so i'm not too far removed and I visit occasionally..

IIRC, I do remember sopmething about the current Bajorans settling there a looooong time ago... Don't know where I got it from, but it was uttered on air.

I like the idea of the Prophets being the mutant offspring of the Bajoran inhabitants now.
