Hope its good, the trailer looks good, so heres hoping for a better ep tonight.

I have a great stuffed peppers recipe which basically involves browning off some minced beef with smokey bacon and garlic then adding red wine vinager and strong tomatoe puree. Meanwhile cook some rice then mix it all together and stuff into peppers. Top with olive oil and sugar and bake till yummy. Eat with avacado - wow

Altho I've just realised I forgot to buy tom puree - doh

I'll be off to the corner shop in a short while to get my munchables for the evening. Not sure what, though...maybe a sammich, maybe crisps and a choccy bar...in any case, I'll be happily munching when it's on.
