watching Dr.WHO from the first dr. to the current dr.

It actually gets better from here :) The next serial, the Daleks, of course introduces the Doctor's arch-nemesis.


I would recommend picking up the "Lost in Time" box sets as well. They don't have full serials but the remaining episodes, it's sad so much of the B & W eras are lost or destroyed.
 
The Lost In Time box sets are only for William Hartnell and Patrick Troughton. They're available either individually or in one big set.


The deleting/loss of many Doctor Who series was stopped by the late 70s/early 80s, so from Tom Baker on the series is completely intact. Pertwee's serials all exist in some form but some are better shape than others, especially from his second season (The one which introduces the Master and also has him in every story).


Also not every surviving story is out on DVD-yet. The only 'complete' classic Doctors are Davison, Colin Baker and Mcgann.
