Has any of you try to watch both halves of Breaking Bad S5 back-to-back to see if there are any differences in viewing experience than watching just the one half of the season?

I lost track of how Skylar was feeling, and also the role Todd's Nazi family played in part one of season five. It may boil down to be being a bit forgetful, but if the season had played out normally, I would have kept track fine.
I resolved the issue by doing another rewatch, and I was up to date by this week's episode.
