Commander
Was Captain Janeway written as being slightky incompetent ? I recall the Doctor saying in his log when he thought he was going to "Die' that he thought someof her Command orders were questionable.
In accordance with the Prime Directive she should have let the Ocampa fend for themselves so they can evolve and survive on their own.
She shiould have let Species near annilate the Borg and then let the Borg have their help after they were nearky completly Destroyed.
She should have seized a Borg Transwarp coil from the rebel Borg in the 7th season openerr to get them partly if not all the way home. I know it was a show set wit ha starship set far from home but it should have been handled better.
In the 2nd season there was an episode with an alien species that had the ability to transport Voyager Thousands of Lightyears closer to home. They had their own Prime Directive to deal with. She should have stolen the technology with the justification that that race could be a potential threat to the Federation's Security.
She also did make a few other grand Bloopers.
