Interesting....Even going with this look I'd drop the forehead tattoo, otherwise need some time to process, not sure what I think.
Okay, I'll admit when I first saw Ledger in the makeup, I wasn't completely sure. This time I am.... No.
I think he looks great. Scary enough.
That is probably the worst Joker look I've ever seen, in comics or any form of media really. He looks like a Goth Singer, not Batman's greatest nemesis. Its getting really sad that Jack Nicholson played the only live action Joker that was like the real Joker (well, ok, I guess Caeser Romero was kind of like the Silver Age Joker). I mean, no one will ever beat Mark Hamil's Batman: TAS Joker, but this isn't even trying. I'm really scared to see Harley Quinn, she'll probably look like a freakier version of Lady Gaga

The "damaged" tattoo needs to go; otherwise it's interesting.
Perhaps the metal teeth are due to Batman knocking out Joker's teeth every other week?
The tattoos might be a bit too on the nose (and almost make him seem like more of a Joker fanboy than the Joker himself), but I think it has potential.
And it does kinda make sense that a Joker in today's world should look more like this than a guy in... clown makeup.

I'm no expert but if you zoom in looks like there's a lot of garbage pixels around the tattoos so I wonder if they weren't added by paint program. The Damaged tattoo looks pretty bad if you zoom it up.
