I love this show, the guest stars, the humor, and the bold references to Star Trek. I think it was last episode Peter said that they were Red Shirts, then in this one he replied "Kirk out" after finishing a conversation with Artie.

Actually I think Artie said Kirk out I could be wrong.

Glad to have you on board SG-17 where in PA are you hailing from?

Let's continue people I gave this one also an excellent grade next weeks is going to be even better.

Feel free also to speculate on possible merchandise that could generate from the show once if finishes S1 like DVD,T-shirt,replicas,board games ID Badges to name , but a few.

Signed

A good episode. I do like how Myka's emotions were justified due to Artie's cold shoulder and belief that she was a double. It makes a person think on Artie's own past. The nifty teen sidekick was good in her own way - giving him the evil eye. I'm not too sure about the other girl that runs the inn that the two agents sleep at. I have been keeping up with the series and it's nice to have something fluffy to pass the time away.

Joanne Kelly appears to have some semblance of acting chops other than just being pretty--there was a difference between the two characters as played, subtle enough to pass, but noticeable.

Might've been the make-up and low expectations too, though.

I give it a good, and do see potential. Just hope it doesn't go too Moonlighting on us.

Kirk out, indeed...

When the cloth slipped at the end and they got a clear look at Alice-Brrr, talk about creepy! They've got to revisit this concept, the character was just scary. Made the episode for me. Kirk out!

I think the series is really coming into it's own. The pacing and dialogue was really snappy and naturalistic, and the story moved beyond the standard "hear about artifact in Act One, look for artifact in Act Two, find artifact in Act Three" pattern. Joanne Kelly showed some real acting chops (among other assets) playing Myka/Alice, and Pete seems to be moving beyond generic wisecracky guy, turning into somebody who really does lead with his emotions. And of course, Vegas really felt like Vegas, which is nice.

One pleasant surprise: the show appears to be surprisingly solid in terms of continuity and consistency: Artie is still wounded and still worried about MacPherson, Myka is still (rightly) pissed about his tendency to keep secrets (a good sign that they are aware of this), Claudia is restless as we might have expected.

It's not Shakespeare, but I'm enjoying it.

Excellent for me. Another series highpoint.

And I must say I thought the scene where Artie and Myka were talking through the mirror was *very well* acted on both parts.

I did not like Warehouse 13 at first. It has grown on me however, much like Eureka.

I like this show, its kind of like a welcome companion in an otherwise barren night.

I haven't watched this since early on because I didn't think it would work very well but I really liked this episode and will have to watch some of the earlier ones.

It felt a lot more natural to me than those first couple episodes and "Myka" (don't know the actress) did a really good job. I never liked "Tin Man" either but he's growing on me as Artie. Pete still kind of the edge of that character type though, I don't quite buy that character yet.

I liked the use of Jefferson Airplane's White Rabbit there as well, good breezy show, kind of reminds me of Special Unit 2 which I enjoyed.

Another good ep, I'm definitely enjoying the show.

And it was Pete who said "Kirk out". It was from Artie's POV though, so Pete said it through the Farnsworth.

This was another good episode. I like that they continue to stay away from "villains." Aside from the Indian artifact guy and MacPherson, the stories have all been about people (and, yes, I know Alice was evil, but this was still played more as how the artifact affected Myka). The gamblers were portrayed sympathetically and Pete's focus was on saving them from the artifact, not taking them in. Like I've said before, I like that this show has so much heart.

The cast continues to be good; there's a nice diversity of characters that interact in interesting ways. The writers know how to create friction without hatred. This latest episode had some great interaction between Artie and Myka. I hope they continue to use Leena as much as they did this week.

I hope this show continues to do well and gets renewed. :bolian:
