wow! how did they make the raptors move without the mechanical floor supports that the larger dinosaur have? are there people controling them inside?
the dinos look pretty cool, but, uh, the sets are a bit sci-fi b-movieish looking...

Talked to my mom-in-law. She said it was great. And keep in mind, we live in Vegas, so we aren't easily impressed. 
Do you suspect they may be using real dinosaurs, bred and kept in captivitity, and forced to perform? Because that would just be wrong!

I live in the entertainment capital of the world (which BTW is getting Star Trek: The Experience back in a few months) which means that a cold beer is just a plane ride away.

But actually, I didn't intend my "or so they say" to indicate disbelief about how the dinosaurs were controlled but rather to indicate a little doubt about the "how dinosaurs actually looked and moved" part.
They could eliminate all these problems by just breeding dinosaurs, of course. I know - we could extract the DNA from amber, and then clone them and put them on an island...Grand fun for the entire family!

I saw a schedule for UK shows when I was looking for the US one.
Holy Toledo, that looks fantastic. I'd love to see it. 
I watched a few video clips on the website... VERY impressive! At first it's like "ok, these are puppets"... but they do seem to have realistic movement, which is key. It would be like paying a visit to the Jurassic Park movie set.
You sit in seats, but the dinosaurs do come up to the seating edge. I wonder how they produced the show? Is it a story? Documentary? Or just 15 dinosaurs trotting onto the stage at different times and "interacting" with each other? It looks like the venue is around 2 hours, about above average movie length. If it was close by, I'd definitely go.
