Vulcan writing

Does anyone know of any efforts, official or fan-made, to assign word or letter meanings to the various samples of Vulcan writing we've seen so far?

The old Vulcan Language Institute webpages disappeared a while ago, but there's a recovery effort of sorts apparently underway:

While these pages don't contain graphic material on Vulcan letters or typefaces, I vaguely remember the original VLI material had something of the sort. The restoration project makes use of what they call "Media Script", where Latin alphabet is matched with a set of Greek and other symbols that are said to "approximate" the Vulcan typeface for the letters. The project also acknowledges the onscreen written Vulcan styles, which it calls "Ceremonial Script" and "Common Script".
