So, it has been confirmed that Nero's "Mega Drill" is burrowing deep into the planet Vulcan. I have read that this essentially creates some kind of void or black hole in the core of the planet. Will we see the planet Vulcan destroyed in Star Trek?!

All we know is that rumors have reported there's an attempt. I don't think any account has said how far Nero gets.

Personally, I'm expecting Superman will stop him.
