Vulcan medicine

Some of your best on screen info will probably come from Enterprise. Noteably the episode "Stigma". But there are numerous other references in ENT and several in TOS.

To me, they seem like some of the cultures on earth that use a mix of folk medicine and traditional systems. Vulcans do have traditionally trained medical doctors though that interact with their peers from other worlds, as in Stigma they had representation at the conference.

FWIW, in ST5:The Final Frontier, Spock has that vision of his mother (or perhaps some sort of a rental womb?) giving birth to him on a stone slab in a dimly lit cave, without any machines-that-go-PING in evidence...

Doohan voiced that character? I suppose healers could use traditional techniques while doctors use that plus modern technological methods?

I always got the impression that they were more "natural". For example when dealing with the Pon Farr, they say there are 3 ways to deal with it. Not one of those 3 ways is some kind of medication.

The 4th way is to pretend its not happening...very logical.

Instead of asking a patient how they feel, the doctor could mind meld and experience the symptoms directly.

Vulcans are highly technologically advanced species. They just prefer to lead pretty ascetic lives by human standards and do not surround themselves by unnecessary gadgets. But they certainly have the amount of medical technology available that they reasonably need.

Whichever method research has shown is more practical. Which for Vulcans probably isually involves utilizing their telepathic mind-body connection.
