I just looked in the Vulcan section at Memory Alpha, its stated that they have 3 holidays...

I remember that Janeway replicated a birthday cake in her ready room to wish him a Happy Birthday. Do Vulcans celebrate Birthday? I dont' remember if Tuvok said that they don't.
