Voyager Warp Core

I've been trying to model the warp core from Voyager, but I can't find much information about the actual set piece. The only information I've found is that it was originally from the TMP set, but aside from one blueprint scan I haven't found much on the TMP core either. I've been trying to use Fspy and blender for this but my measurements keep coming out inconsistent. the only numbers I have to work with are that the handrail radius is 5'6" (from the blueprint on redgeneral's site) and that the diameter of the discs on the core may be 3'9" or 5', based on the TMP blueprint.

I'd appreciate any info or references anyone can point me to.

Most of the core itself is done, I'm starting to work out the floor around it.
