I'm more curious about the Voth and the Vidians. I know a later episode claimed the Vidians phage had been cured.

Verily, Voyager visitations; Vidiians, Voth via Vesta vessels very vigorously validate, vindicate visionary voyage; vividly vitalize Voyager's value. Vilify Voth/Vidiian vacancy!

Maybe they'll have another run in with the CareTaker's mate.

I know a short story talked about the Ocampa, but it would be interesting to see how they turned out. If you disregard the short story, maybe they think Janeway killed their Caretaker and will want revenge.

Ocampa was revisited briefly in The Eternal Tide, and described in enough detail to establish that Kes and Kol were leading the Ocampa as they rebuilt their world.
