However the Borg suit was initially too tight at the neck, because they neglected to take into account the bald cap being tucked into the collar. Thus the collar was so tight that if she turned her head it cut blood flow to her carotid artery, causing her to black out. A nurse with O2 was on the set until the problem was fixed.
