Class-two shuttles weren't resilient enough for the Delta quadrant. And when a probe got stuck in a gas giant in Extreme Risk they built the delta flyer.

Voyager encountered a plasma cloud in Deadlock, which duplicated all matter on the ship but not antimatter. Why did they enter the cloud?
