Well, I liked Janeway's short hair in S4 and s5. And Tom Paris haircuts in first seasons.

I do think that later style was better than that bun she had in the beginning

I actually like Tom's hair better in the later seasons. But I'll take him any way I can get him LOL

B'Elanna's hair changed quite a bit too. I always liked this one, even though it only appeared in one episode (I think)
