Quark/Odo springs immediately to mind. So does O'Brien/Bashir. Okay, I guess I need to stop thinking about this in terms of slash...that's not what you meant...
Not me. "Facets" is one of those episodes that I felt never lived up to its potential (the Odo/Curzon pairing notwithstanding).
As far as the "Tuvix" treatment, I'd go with Kira and Kai Winn: An opportunistic, sleezy religious pretender combined with a feisty true believer would've made for some terrific internal conflict in "Kirwinn" (or "Kai Winerys", or whatever).
Okay, okay... Dukat and Shakaar. That way, Kira would have to struggle for her consummate loathing but sneaking attraction to the same man... like her relationship with Dukat normally, only more obvious.
Morn and Maihardu? A guy that talks incessantly on-screen, but the characters treat him like he's a mute.
Ishka and Leeta? Basically it's just Leeta, but with the dress sense of a Ferengi female.
Tribbles and Voles? Whatever they are, O'Brien just gave up and submitted his resignation.
T'Rul and Primmin? I'll have to get back to you on this one. I can't find the resulting character to tell you what (s)he is like. It's like (s)he just vanished without explanation...
Leeta and Jadzia? The sexy-cuteness of Leeta with the wisdom of Dax and... well, it's basically Ezri.
Razor-toothed gree worms and Toothless old Grishna cats? I dunno, but it's the daily special at the Klingon Restaurant.
Leeta and Ezri? My future wife. Back off, fanboys!
