Voyager: Full Circle extract in Star Trek Magazine 16

^ It's not in my Barnes and Noble yet. I checked last night and the previous issue is still there. I did end up making an unplanned purchase of Season 4 Battlestar Galactica. Thanks guys! ;)

Officially it's due on the 10th, so not too surprising. The movie issues that follow this will be very specific day and dates so they shouldn't be around early.

That's the magic number I needed. Thanks. :)

Well, kimc, you and I have disagreed on other things, but you sure do have excellent taste in DVDs! :)

Looking forward to the magazine, Paul!

Tell that to my roommate. I had her watch "La Dolce Vita" with me and her reaction was "There's three hours of my life I won't get back again."

I mean, come on! That's Fellini's masterpiece. At least I have her watching nuBSG so there's some hope. :)

I went to Borders Brent Cross (London) to get a book for my grandmother, and ended up looking for it. Didn't find it but got Shards and Shadows :D

Just saw the cover in the TrekBBS articles - Seven and the Doctor of course. Didn't Voyager have a captain? Janeway?

And having a picture of Janeway on the front of the Magazine would I believe give the false impression there is an interview with Kate Mulgrew in it. Where as, guess what, there is an interview with both Robert Picardo and Jeri Ryan and as far as I am aware, no interview with said actress who played said captain.

Ah well, we do what we can to enlighten such folk... :)

Seven and the Doctor are on the cover because Jeri Ryan and Robert Picardo were interviewed for the issue. Even says so right there on the cover.

The issue also contains a feature piece about Janeway and her command style.

The cover shot was SUPPOSED to be all the writers who contributed.

But Picardo put up such a hissy fit ... and Dayton just ain't built as good as Jeri.

Out of interest, did you buy extra copies of the issue with Kate Mulgrew's interview in it a few months back - which had her on the cover, and which had an exclusive cover available via Diamond that was a pure Janeway portrait shot?
As mentioned above, the cover was meant to indicate the content and where we have the first interview I've seen with Jeri where she says in print some things about the work pattern on the show that she's said privately over the years, putting her on the cover seems a no brainer.

If I had known about it I probably would have bought one copy. Are back copies available for order?

Should be - www.titanmagazines.com should give you a link, and a good comics shop should be able to get it in.

Since I took over (issue 3), we've interviewed Kate, Tim, Robert P, Garrett, and Jeri. I'm after a good Robert Beltran piece, and for the next Voyager-focused issue, I'm hopefuly of Robbie and Roxann (possibly even together). Where possible we try to give all the franchises coverage in each issue - for instance, hardly surprisingly, the Borg issue coming up after the movies will have a lot of Voyager material in it!

Is there a specific "street date" for the magazine or do I have to rely on the speed of my local Borders personnel stocking the shelves?
