VOY-specific parts of Before Dishonor, Destiny

This might be kind of a weird question, but I figure if anyone has the answers, it's you all.

I'm finishing Voyager: String Theory now, and getting ready to start Full Circle. I have previously read Before Dishonor and the three Destiny books, but I wanted to read again just the "main" Voyager parts without having to read all four books in their entirety.

In all the collected Trek lit knowledge here, is anyone able to say "Read this, this, and this chapter of the Destiny books" (the Chakotay, Tom Paris, and Owen Paris chapters and anything else I'm forgetting) and "this, this, and this chapter of Before Dishonor" (anything that establishes Janeway or Seven's post-Enemy of My Enemy status quo, relevant interactions between Janeway and Seven, bits with Q, the end, etc.)?

I much appreciate any guidance anyone can provide. Thanks!

My suggestion would be to just read "Full Circle" first. It was written in the knowledge that some Trek fans who only read "Voyager" novels, plus "Voyager"/Janeway fans who only ever watched the episodes, would be reading this book out of curiosity due to the rumours and reactions re Janeway's death. You've already read the novels you were asking about, so the facts might be vague in your memory, but this book will tease them back out.

I think Kirsten Beyer did really well in the way she wove this tale to cover so many bases and satisfy so many tastes.
