1. This contest will be focusing on the episode "Blink of an Eye." Trapped by a planet where time passes much faster than on Voyager, the ship and crew find themselves woven into the native history. (One of my favorite episodes)
2. The VOY theme will be friendly Delta Quadrant aliens, besides Neelix and Kes. Avs of people not bent on destroying Voyager.
3. The random theme as chosen by EMHMark613 will be Sci-fi Alien Badguys. Avs from anything in sci-fi work.

The Rules: Avs not to exceed 140x140 px and not be over 70kb in file size. Avs can be static pictures or animated, just don't go over the restrictions posted previously. One av entry per category. The theme must be Voyager related while the random is just that, random from anything. Entries will be accepted until September 29, 2008 sometime in the evening.

I like your random avatar! I've never watched B5 but have been thinking of giving it a try. How is the quality of the writing etc compared to Trek and Stargate?

I like your random avatar! I've never watched B5 but have been thinking of giving it a try. How is the quality of the writing etc compared to Trek and Stargate?

Its been a long time since I watched B5, (when it was aired in the UK) and have never rewatched it.
Also Ive not watched Stargate.

I did enjoy it but thought it was very "political" in the same sense that Battlestar Galactica is (and DS9 to an extent)

I cant remember any individual episodes but think its more about the developing underlying story line.

If you can spare the time to watch it through (It HAS to be seen in totality to get the story, IMOP) its very good, and with an interesting twist towards the end!!

So its worth seeing, but rewatchability is limited (although now after several years I could probably give it another go)

Anyway thats my thoughts, but Im not the best person to ask.
