Voth vs the Dominion

Would the Voth be able to use their apparent hacking tech and disable dominion computer systems?

^Wouldn't be surprised. Voth computer tech seems significantly more advanced than Federation computer tech, as they were able to download the entire voyager database within seconds on their handheld device (even if that device was only a relay for their own ship's computer, it still seemed like a trivially easy operation). Later on, the Voth are able to block any computer system they want on Voyager, again without apparently breaking a sweat.

Dominion computer tech seems to be roughly on par with the Federation's, or at least, I can't recall any indication to the contrary.
