    We dont know the age of the Borg or Species 8472 but judging by their tech comparable to Alpha Quadrant species, I would say maybe a couple thousand years at most. The Voths technology are probably the most advanced of any corporeal species ever shown yet. The Voth had interstellar technology 65 million years ago. they were in the delta quadrant 20 million years ago. Thats a very long time and as you can see their tech is very advanced( personal cloaking/transwarp/ transporter technlogy and weapons very advanced. I would say the Voth since they predate the Borg and appear at least as powerful as them( maybe even more) Species 8472 is overrated since 24th century Federation medical technology can defeat them..
