Congratulations to Orac and Avro Arrow, our winners for this contest!
Unfortunately, I'm afraid I'm going to have to retire from running the TNG Avatar Contest. I picked up running these contests back in college around 7 years ago when I had a lot more time on my hands. Like my predecessor, it's been difficult for me to find the time to post these lately and I don't see my situation changing any time soon. It's not fair to you guys to keep everyone waiting all the time and the contest would be better off with someone who can give it more attention. Perhaps someone else is willing to take over? Or it could be run like some of the other parts of the board where one of the winners posts the contest. The episode theme winner for example, since they don't get to choose the episode.

I've been using the TNG episode list from Memory Alpha to keep track of which episode comes next, as TrekCore lists them in production order which isn't always the same order as the airdate. Feel free to continue using the banner I made, if you'd like. I will try to stop by and enter when I have time. Good luck, guys!

Tom Riley, just wanted to say thank you for your work in running these for the last seven years! It has been appreciated.

I'm not sure I could take this on full-time, but I'd certainly be fine with the Episode winner running the next contest, if that's what everyone else wants to do. Of course, if someone else wants to pick this up full-time, that's fine too!
