Actually we don't do run-off polls in the TNG contest. If there is a tie, we have two (or like in this case three winners) to avoid delays by further polls.

But if you want to take over the contest ...

Edit: And actually we only have a two-way tie. As I said in the entry thread NCC-1701's avatar doesn't count as winner if it is part of a tie.
