It is indeed from Lost.

Spoiler: Not Penny's Boat

It's really complicated. A boat arrived at the end of season three, apparently paid for by Penelope Widmore - the girlfriend of Desmond, one of the main characters who had been looking for him. In fact, this search was still unresolved from the cliffhanger from the second season where two men in the Antarctic believed they had located the island and contacted her.

Another of the main characters, Charlie, shut down a jamming signal coming from an underwater station that was preventing them from contacting the boat. Instead he got through to Penelope herself who knew nothing of any boat. He tried to warn Desmond but a grenade was detonated outside a porthole and the room flooded. Charlie closed the door to prevent Desmond from trying to save him and with his dying breath, he wrote "NOT PENNY'S BOAT" on his hand and pushed it up against the door.

In fact, the boat was sent by Penelope's father, who is (very) arguably the series' Big Bad.
