In our poll, Cooper currently leads 18-3 over Reynolds. Are you folks afraid that the Deadpool movie might not happen if Reynolds signs up as GL?

I think people are more interested in him, potentially, being the Flash. I know I am.

As for Justin Timberlake I can understand their decision from a business standpoint. Teen girls love him so they could potentially be flocking to the theatres. Plus they can save a bundle by just having him do the theme song .

I've liked Bradley Cooper since he was in Alias. The guy is ready for his break.

That he was going to be the next big thing. Like Matthew McConaughey only in good movies. He even got first billing over Kurt Russell in Poseidon. But his choice in movies as the lead (i.e. Stealth) were rather lacking.

Voted reynolds, just because he looks the most like jordan, but Almost anybody is better then Timberlake. Unfortunately knowing hollyweird they will go with timberlake to get the pre-teen/ teenage girls to go see it.

Yikes. Out of those three, definitely Cooper. I like Reynolds, but I just don't feel he fits the style of Hal; and Timberlake is out of left field. I'll be honest, though; I don't see any of three fitting all that well; it feels like they're pushing for a comedy emphasis which isn't encouraging.

I'm guessing that success has made Chris Pine cost too much.

US Magazine says that their source says Timberlake is not being considered. The article says ithat the three choices are Cooper, Reynolds and Jared Leto.
And

"Ryan Reynolds is going to be cast," the source says. "He's as good as got the job. They are literally just waiting to sign contracts and get all the final details tied up, but the role is his."

You're very right. And on top of that, Justin Timberlake would make a great Kyle.

Throw in a young black man with some gravitas (Derek Luke?) as John Stewart, and you've got a GL Corps cast I'd be pretty pleased with.
