because their avatars represent two of my favorite moments in BIL, when Garak realises that he is still an exile and his worse enemy is the new ruler of Cardassia. Then there is the speech that Dukat makes to the confused citizens of Cardassia.

For the Theme I voted:

Neryrs Dukat.
What can I say, I am a admirer of the RSE and I think that Rugul Pa'dar is one of the most unique individuals that I have read about in ST history.

As for the random theme I have voted:

mostly for the moving Londo moment that the Pak'mar represents and for the wonderful randomness of CIB's entry

[Deranged Nasat]

Episode:
Nerys Dukat: For a wonderful shot of Garak at one of the few times in the series when another character has out-smarmed him, and he is truly lost. For once he doesn't have any smart comebacks- the Vorta, and indirectly, Dukat, got him good. His expression here really captures that.
Whomping Wicca: For the lighting, where Garak is, for once, not in shades of grey but clearly on the side of the "good guys" in their escape. One of the team. His being fully lit up like that is probably symbolic...

Theme:
Marie1: For a wonderfully thoughtful looking Jem'Hadar, that really captures a sense of the Jemmies as the people they are, not just the military hardware the Founders see them as.
Tallis Rhul: R is for Benny Russell, and R is for Reeeeeeaaaalll! The psychotic hamminess of the Sisko, even in Benny Russell form, cannot be denied.

Random Theme:
Cat in a Blender: A most inspired form of music. Play on, giant hairy Taurean!
Tallis Rhul: A great image of one of my favourite Trek characters.

Episode: Tallis Rhul--you really made me laugh here! And Marie1--I LOVE that shot of the citizens of Cardassia trying to make sense of the crazy thing Dukat has done.

Theme: Loki Dukat--R is for REBELLION!!!!!! FOR CARDASSIA!!!! Cat in a blender--That was one of those classic moments that only happened because Grodénchik did an ad lib. I love it!

Random Theme: Eyes--you picked a very, very pretty, clean-looking album cover. I wonder if the music is as calming and smooth as that would suggest? Loki Dukat--GREAT taste in music...possibly the best soundtrack of all time.

Episode: Nerys Dukat- for a wonderful unique Garak moment, and Cat in a Blender- for just pure awesomeness, as the fleet comes through.

Theme: Loki Dukat- The rebellion is on of my favourite moments in the series, and SCAREasam22- this picture is just so touching and reminiscent of DS9 as a whole.

Random: Loki Dukat- I love Battlestar Galactica music, and Tallis Rhul- a great shot of the Doctor.
