In the two Abrams movies, do we ever hear the ship's computer interacting with one of the characters?

Something beyond a "pre-recorded" warning or message? Directly answering a question perhaps.

If so, do we know the name of the voice actor/actress?

There's the scene where Chekov is trying to voice-input his authorization code, though the computer's lines might be considered preset responses.

If so, do we know the name of the voice actor/actress?

Majel Barrett was able to record some of the lines for the 2009 movie. Others were done by voice actress Lynneanne Zager.

There's a point. The port on the back of Gatt/Science Officer 0718's head was supposed to allow him to directly interact with the ship's computer, though whether he was supposed to be augmented human, cyborg or straight-up android seemed to vary over time and depending upon who was being asked. I don't think there was any other "computer voice" credit for that movie, so he's the closest thing.
