Hey guys, just wondering what vitamins or other supplements you take, if any, and why?
I'm on a long journey to improve myself and part of that is acknowledging that my diet is never going to include all the nutrients I need, so I'm taking a multivitamin. I just started taking calcium supplements and I'm thinking about adding some folic acid.
Anyone else have good or bad experiences?
