Vitamins and Supplements

Hey guys, just wondering what vitamins or other supplements you take, if any, and why?

I'm on a long journey to improve myself and part of that is acknowledging that my diet is never going to include all the nutrients I need, so I'm taking a multivitamin. I just started taking calcium supplements and I'm thinking about adding some folic acid.

Anyone else have good or bad experiences?
 
I take a lot of bodybuilding supplements in attempts to help my muscles grow and recover faster. Some work better than others. Right now I'm just taking them until they're gone, and then I'm going to try going supplement-free for a little while. I will still take a multi-vitamin, but I'm going to work on cleaning out my system and improving my diet before I go back to using bodybuilding supplements.
