Well, here we go, the future of all gaming! I for one cannot wait to see the VR developments that will take place over the next 10 years or so. Sooner or later, whole worlds will be able to be played in. Star Trek will definitely get this type of work done to it. Sooner rather the later please.

I've been on a virtual aeroplane (walking through the cabin) before at Northampton University's VR centre, which was pretty good!


( the only downside would be I may never leave the house again!)

Seriously, though, every time I've ever put on VR goggles I wound up fighting the irresistable urge to wretch within 2-3 minutes. If this is the future of gaming, they really need to make sure it doesn't mess with people's sense of balance, as is often the case.

I truly wish I could enjoy such tech, but alas...
