*Trying to be sober tech-guy for a few seconds now*
When you have right clicked -and chosen the save as menu item- on the image you want to save to your own system, your computer should open a file-browser where you then proceed to locate the folder in which you want to save the image.
In the box marked "Filename:", you can choose whichever name for the image you want - But leave the dot and the last three letters as your computer suggests (in this case: .gif).
If you want to use the image on a message board it is recommended that you upload it to an image host of your choosing first and then use the link given there in order to post the image.
