I do, some Hawaiian music from the 60s and a whole crate of Duran Duran records (and a few other 80s pop artists). Most people who collect vinyl therefore turn up their noses at me.

I do have vinyl, but it's mostly Beatles and Paul McCartney related. I managed to get a hold of some fancy things. It's been ages since I last bought vinyl, though, I must admit. As for themes, well, as long as they're time related I can participate.

I just got the Roky Erickson "Evil One plus One" double LP in the mail today actually! It folds out in the middle with a nice liner notes and picture section too.

An amazing album, anybody with an interest in weird semi-heavy sci-fi/horror songs written by a truly insane Texan should own this album!

Indeed. The sound of the original LPs is so much better than that of the official CDs, at least so far. I'm curious whether the remastered CDs coming out on Wednesday will finally remedy that.
