Villain cast for On Stranger Tides?

I hope this story is as good as it could be and not as convuluted or as needlessly complex as the last two films were.

I enjoyed the novel as well. I'm just wondering which character they're going to try to merge with Depp's Sparrow; Jack Shandy or Captain Davies.

I suppose a bit of both might work.

I've only heard about him and seen a few pictures but he looks like a guy you don't want to mess with in real life.

McShane was in Death Race and he was one of the best things about it. I can't wait to see his take on Blackbeard.
