Video search query+Starfleet Command in ruin

In "The Changing Face of Evil," the Breen launch an attack on Earth and we see a short clip of Starfleet command in ruin.

I've been scouring the net for the past week trying to find video of this and have been so far unsuccessful. Do any of you know where there might be anything like this online?

On youtube there is a fan edit of the Dominion War storyline that in mostly made up of DS9 clips. Most likely there will be the footage from the Breen attack in one of the parts.

Yeah I found that one... the problem is its an FLV when I download it from Youtube, and the FLV -> DV AVI converter I have only allows me to convert up to three minutes of video. The shot of Starfleet HQ is at like minute 3 or 4 on that one. I was kind of hoping that there might be another video out there somewhere of that particular shot.

You're not losing much if you don't see the video. Still, I'm a little surprised I couldn't find a video at all.

I believe the program Total Video Converter will convert an entire file and you can download a trial version. Only thing is that you will have "Total Video Converter" is soft grey text in the upper left corner but it is incredible easy to use. I've used it to convert a couple of flv music videos to .avi but that was a year or two ago.
