Very detailed Data, Kirk, Sisko figures

The hands on the Data figure remind me of the "Kung Fu Grip" hands from the G.I. Joe figures from the late '70s.

Yup that Data figure makes me hopeful they’ll produce a decent Jean-Luc figure at some point. It’s been a while since this happened the last time (I’m very picky tho, I’ll admit as much).

If the rest of the body is as detailed as those Data heads, perhaps you can even undress Jean-Luc... ;)

You can undress a lot of JLP action figures already, many of the older ones (my faves) came with nice uniforms made of fabric, although they indeed aren’t detailed at all... ;)

That being said, I would not be opposed to such a VERY detailed Jean-Luc action figure, I am always for as much realism and detail as possible. Not sure what Sir Patrick would think tho (he has a contract that specifies that he gets a copy of every JLP figure they make)...

nice. hopefully they'll do a burgundy suit/white shirt Admiral Kirk from Trek III (with accessories- leather jacket, updated TOS phaser, Starfleet & Klingon communicators, end Genesis beat up face)

Is anybody looking forward to some high quality Trek action figures? Looks like the first three are going to be First Contact Data and Picard plus a statue of the Borg Queen with removable spine.

I suspect that Nanjin Tam will produce Uhura, Chapel, and Chekov fairly soon as well (in addition to re-releases of variants of the other TOS figures over time) to complete the line started by QMX.

'Fairly soon' in 1/6 terms could be one per year mind you.
