Just figured some people might want to know that the Music of Vanguard podcast in now available to be streamed on demand over at Trek Radio (if I'm understanding it correctly there's no download option because of copyright issues):

That's correct. They can stream it, because that kind of content delivery is permitted under their Internet radio license, but providing a downloadable file containing copyrighted music would constitute violations of mechanical-use rights, and possibly also public-performance and master-use rights.
