True. It also looks a lot like the "Half Saucer" Intrepid from ENT.

...But the registry or the class identity isn't actually in the Declassified story? Just in the cover art?

I didn't see this mentioned specifically in any of the replies, so just to let you know... the Pyotr Velikiy class identification was mentioned in the Declassified story "The Ruins of Noble Men". AFAIR, the registry was only from the aforementioned magazine image.

Thanks for the verification. I haven't gotten to reading Declassified yet and didn't see the reference when I scanned the story.
