^ Yeah, Crosby was a non-factor tonight, as was Ovechkin.

Oddly enough, Sid's best contribution that game was his physicality. He got some retribution on Volchenkov after his hit on Staal (no doubt earning some brownie points with one his teammates back in Pittsburgh ). He also got in a good hit on Semin, which was what prompted Semin to take his run on Boyle.

Ovechkin was a non-factor because Toews' line completely shut him down.

Don't count out the Slovaks yet. The Russians opened up the lane for Canadians all game. Don't expect the Slovaks to do the same. They also have forwards that plays two-way and will back-check unlike the Russians.
