USS St. Nicholas

I like the blue- but everything else so dark that it would be a little oppresive and depressing over time. Are those dark colours staying?

I'm looking forward to seeing where this is going. Where's the transporter room going? I would put one close to the bridge- since our heros are always beaming somewhere, and it would be handy for emergencies.

Well it's only dark because my rendering program makes it so. If I would export 2d image in skechup then it would be quite light.

I'm making one on front of the bridge: easily accessable.

I like the conference room a lot. That is one heckuva long couch in the ready room, though. And I like the bridge overall, but it seems a little short on stations.

now that i think about it, i dont remember seeing many couches AT ALL in trek. i like that you've added em, gives it a warmer atmosphere

^We do see couches whenever we see a room where one would expect a couch. We don't generally see one in bridges and sick bays. Ready rooms and quarters always had them seen. They aren't like the bathrooms...

Looks like your using Kerkythea. You can do one quick thing to improve the lighting. go to settings/sun and sky, click the next button. for "sky type" choose sky color. Then click on the map/color square and choose a color you like.

This setting will change the how kerkythea illuminates the model and will reduce shadows and dark areas.

Beyond that, you can always go to Insert and start adding lights in to illuminate specific areas, but that takes more work.

yea, I heard you the first time. Doesn't change the fact that it looks like the defaut settings for Kerkythea.

I am done with the first deck besides some little thingies, so I'm now going to the 2nd deck:

That's gonna be the Warp Core. A triple one. Very fast ship.
Made in China
I don't think having three warp cores would make it go faster, if I read it right. It'd be like saying my car would go faster after installing a second gas tank. It would just go further without refueling if the extra weight isn't too much of a factor.
